remaining details, provide unlimited professional advice, and manage the wedding day.

• Consult and collaborate with the client to discuss wedding style.
• Assist with remaining details
• Discuss and prioritize the wedding budget.
• Establish color combinations, theme, and design concepts.
• Assist with florals and decor.
• Place orders for any rental items if needed, such as chairs, lounge furniture, dance floor, specialized china, glassware, flatware, trees, props, etc.
• Review proposals and terms of final contracts.
• Assist with wedding favors, gifts, and welcome totes.
• Attend menu selection/banquet set-up meetings with the catering manager and client.

Other services include:
• Reviewing all vendor contracts signed and executed by the client.
• Reviewing and proofing the Banquet Event Order (BEO) provided by the catering manager.
• Providing the client with marriage license information.
• Contacting service providers for arrival and end times, including strike time.
• Communicating venue policies and procedures for unloading, setup, and tear-down.
• Confirming all vendor orders and quantities for rental items.
• Distributing the client-approved timeline to all vendors at least 1 week before the wedding date.
• Assisting the officiant and orchestrating the ceremony rehearsal with the bridal party and family.
• Communicating and managing banquet staff regarding setups and compliance with floor plans.
• Provide floor plan
• Assisting with the setup of menu cards, table numbers, seating assignments, sign-in guest book, favors, etc.
• Working with band musicians/DJ to establish timing for the introductions, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, and last dance.
• Preparing and handling final payments and gratuities to vendors.
* Includes 1 assistant. The need for additional assistants will be determined based on the size and scope of the wedding.
